To support the growth of XinoHusk’s channel, we developed a strategy where short-form content acted as an entry point to promote his long-form videos. Short clips were edited and distributed to attract new viewers and direct them toward the full tier list videos on the channel. At the same time, I handled the editing of his long-form content, allowing him to focus on creating the ideas and topics he enjoys most. This workflow helped increase channel visibility while maintaining a consistent pipeline of both short-form discovery content and long-form videos for dedicated viewers.
